Mi esperanza para Esperanza ~ My hope for Esperanza

| This is my first quilt. I made it for my first baby, Esperanza, (Esperanza means hope in Spanish). I started making
it because I needed 26 more credits to graduate from high school. I had Esperanza at 11:23 a.m. on June 13th and walked the stage for my high school graduation the next day at 7:00 p.m. I hope she’ll use this blanket for her first baby. I hope that she will have the best that the world can offer. |
Esta es mi primera colcha. La hice para mi primera hija, Esperanza. Empecé a hacer esta colcha para ganar algunos de mis 26 créditos que me faltaban para graduarme en la high school. Di a luz a Esperanza a las 11:23 am el 13 de junio, 2007 y caminé el escenario para cumplir mi graduación de high school al siguiente día a las 7:00pm. Espero que ella use esta cobija para su primer nene. Ojalá que ella tenga lo mejor que ofrece el mundo. |
